Sales policy

Maymosilk delivers nationwide for orders placed on the website, the fanpage, or by calling the hotline. Parcels go to the address you provide through Giao Hang Tiet Kiem or Netpost. The label on the outside always carries the brand logo so you can tell the goods are genuine.

1. Pricing

a. Prices on the website include tax as required by current law, packing, and other costs of the purchase, except extra charges confirmed by Maymosilk hotline or email and accepted by you while the order is confirmed and delivered.

2. Shipping fees

a. Orders from 99,000 VND: free shipping nationwide.

b. Orders under 99,000 VND: a flat shipping fee of 30,000 VND, nationwide.

3. Delivery time

a. Inner Ho Chi Minh City: 2-3 days after the order is placed.

b. Outer Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces: 2-5 days in city and town centers, and 5-6 days in districts, communes, and towns.

c. Holidays, a hard-to-find address, or a delay at the carrier can still slow a delivery. Maymosilk asks for your understanding when the cause is outside our control.

d. If a delay happens, Maymosilk will tell you, then keep delivering or help cancel the order if you prefer.

4. Delivery, returns, and warranty

Maymosilk accepts a return or warranty claim only when the fault comes from manufacturing or from transit, and only if you ask within 3 days of receiving the goods. We handle the claim within 14 days. You can pay cash on delivery (COD).
