By using the site or placing an order on Mây Mơ Silk, you agree to the terms below, together with the published privacy and shipping-return policies.
What Mây Mơ Silk is
Mây Mơ Silk sells mulberry-silk accessories dyed with plants, including scrunchies, sleep masks, and pillowcases. The site introduces the brand and takes orders.
Natural dye can shift slightly between batches. When material or price changes in a meaningful way, we update the product page.
Using the website
- Please give accurate details when you order or contact us.
- Do not use the site to send harmful content, spam, or to attempt unauthorized access.
- Images, the Mây Mơ Silk / Mây Mơ Silk name, and site content belong to Mây Mơ Silk. You may share public links, but do not copy content at scale for resale without permission.
Orders and confirmation
An order is recorded when you complete checkout. Mây Mơ Silk may contact you to confirm stock, color, address, or how you will receive the parcel before it ships.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will tell you and offer another color, a wait, or a cancel of the unshipped item.
Price and payment
- Prices are in VND and include tax as required, unless a product page says otherwise.
- The available method is cash on delivery (COD).
- Orders from 99,000đ ship free nationwide. Orders under 99,000đ have a 30,000đ shipping fee.
- Mây Mơ Silk may change prices before you order. The price at the moment you complete the order applies to that order.
Products and descriptions
Photos and copy show the silk, the plant-dyed color, and how to use the item. Real color may shift slightly by screen and dye batch.
These are silk accessories for hair, sleep, and pillows. Mây Mơ Silk is not responsible if an item is damaged by incorrect washing, alteration, or use outside that purpose.

Limitation of liability
Mây Mơ Silk works to keep site information accurate when posted. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every material description is a perfect environmental certification. Any loss from using the site or a product is considered within the value of the related order and Vietnamese law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest still apply.
