Shipping & Returns
Mây Mơ Silk delivers nationwide. Orders from 99,000đ ship free. Orders under that amount have a 30,000đ fee. Exchanges and warranty apply to manufacturing or shipping faults when you ask within 3 days of delivery.
Where we ship
Orders placed on the website, fanpage, or hotline ship to the address you give, via Giao Hang Tiet Kiem or Netpost. The outer parcel carries the brand logo so you can tell it is genuine. The website does not take international orders.
Shipping fee
- Orders from 99,000đ: free nationwide shipping.
- Orders under 99,000đ: a 30,000đ shipping fee, nationwide.
Delivery time
Times below start after you place the order. Holidays, a hard-to-find address, or a carrier delay can make delivery later. Mây Mơ Silk will tell you, then keep delivering or help cancel the order if you prefer.
- Inner Ho Chi Minh City: 2-3 days.
- Outer Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces: 2-5 days in city centers, 5-6 days in districts, communes, and towns.
Payment
You pay cash on delivery to the courier. Check the outside of the parcel before you pay.
Inspect on delivery
Check that the parcel is intact, the quantity is right, and it is not badly crushed or wet. If the box is clearly damaged or an item is missing, note it with the courier, take photos, and tell Mây Mơ Silk within 3 days of delivery.
Exchanges and warranty
Mây Mơ Silk accepts an exchange or warranty claim for a manufacturing fault or damage in transit. Ask within 3 days of delivery. We handle the request within 14 days.
How to request
Email or call Mây Mơ Silk with the order code, reason, and photos of the item and packaging. After we confirm, send the goods to the address we give you. Keep the shipping receipt until the request is closed.
If the request qualifies, Mây Mơ Silk exchanges the item or refunds you. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer using the details you provide. Mây Mơ Silk pays the return shipping when the fault is from manufacturing or transit.
